Notify slack when hosts are up

Hi team,

Is there a way to get alerts in slack and auto-resolve pagerduty alerts when the hosts come back online ?

@minu.ajith I assume you're referring to kibana alerting, and not watcher. In which case, it looks like that is coming in this PR https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/82799 which is targeting 7.11. So, it looks like so long as that isn't pulled from the final release you'll be able to do this in 7.11.
