One of the Shard stuck at INITIALIZING state

I have a Master + 2 Data nodes type cluster. One of the shards related to one of the indices is INITIALIZING in state since a long time. what can be done to get rid of this and make the cluster Green

Its been 13 hrs and the shard is still INITIALIZING

Check _cat/recovery, what does it show?

It says store translog whereas for the other shards it says store done
