Shard is INITIALIZING State

My cluster consists of 1 master and 4 data nodes and the index has 4 shards each allocated to each data node.

If one of the data node is restarted the shards stuck at INITIALIZING state for very long time (more than 10 hrs ). please find the output of the commands

http://ip:9200/_cat/recovery gives

store translog
