One service for both RUM and Server APM?

I want to add APM to the server and client side and I wonder whether or not it's recommended to use the same Elastic APM services for both sides?

We recommend using separate service names for for client and server to aid in analyzing separate services while retaining the ability to analyze an application (made of multiple services) as a whole. This is particularly true for RUM, where the APM app will show RUM specific data - like geo and user agent breakdowns.
