Packaging Kibana, logstash and elastic search with our application

Hi Team,

 Can you please let us know whether we  can bundle kibana, logstash and elastic search software along with our application and can it be used for developing a new tool. Also please let us know if the tool can be used for commercial purpose or is there any clause associated with the same.
