Sorry @stephenb i was blocked to not comment for 24h, well it's working now , i've just did restart my kibana service and checked my packetbeat configuration , and installing the service, if it doesn't work for u guys , try to connect with powershell bypass , the command .\powershell.exe -ep bypass
then u can install the service and start it
