I created a visualization that counts the data for a field based on date. The field is further broken down by ranges. I'm displaying the graph as a percentage so I can get an idea of how much of each range occurred in an hour. The problem I have is if I'm missing data for that hour the percentage is based on what is available. i.e. hour 1 has 60 data points and hour 2 only has 30 data points. Is it possible to have the data create a zero placeholder so that the missing data would be represented as 0 for that time marker?
Not in Kibana, but you could do this on the datastore/ingest side.
