Percentage in Kibana

How do I show percent of failed events and success event per user.

I have 100 total document.

10 for user1 - 5 are success, 5 are failed
10 for user2 - 2 are sucesss, 8 are failed
80 for user3 - 40 are success, 40 are failed

in this case

user1 has 50% failed or of his total 10
user2 has 80% failed
user3 has 50% failed

and I want graph like that or even pie or anything, just want to show %
