PHP APM Agent and Laravel Support

Hi everyone,

I wanted to notify that the latest version of the APM PHP Agent is ready for production use and marked as GA. https://github.com/philkra/elastic-apm-php-agent

Furthermore, a Laravel middleware exists which sends transactions and errors automatically: https://github.com/philkra/elastic-apm-laravel
