I deleted the .kibana index and rebuild all indexes again but now the visualizations and dashboards are gone and i don't know how to restore (a few coworkers told me it should be there but they don't have time to help and im being cuestiones by my boss).

No. If you removed system index .kibana then all has gone away unless you have backups.
If you are running on cloud.elastic.co, you have automatic backups every 30 minutes.
