Ports in kibana are weirdly high?

Now that I got ELK set up information is coming in on a weird port. Commonly 50,171, 15,000 and 50,180. Is there any reason for this? or anyway I can make sense of it in the logstash filters?

I don't quite get what you mean by this.

What does you setup look like exactly, what would you expect and how does reality differ from your expectation?
