Problem configuring elastic search with downloaded with msi

It doesn't look like the X-Pack security feature is enabled on this Elasticsearch node.
Please check if you have enabled X-Pack security in your elasticsearch.yml configuration file.

ERROR: X-Pack Security is disabled by configuration.

Not sure if anyone can help.

i installed elasticsearch with msi and i am trying to configure and i received that error my x pack is disabled
how to activae the x pack
the new version doesnt show 'elasticsearch.yml configuration file'

If something fails, please tell which exact step did not work.
