If I search goose it should return geese. But in snow field it's not. Any
one know the solution?

I understood. They use stem. Is their any alternative for plurals?

Synonyms can help with irregular plural nouns. The wordnet synonym file
should contain many of the standard English examples.

If you want automatic indexing of irregular verbs/nouns, you need a
morphological analyzer for the language.
