Yea, I have personally been helping assistly with resolving this. Its been
a long couple of days..., with several problems found, and one major bug in
ES: Search: Search requests execute by mistake on the networking http IO thread, causing other http operations to hang · Issue #1455 · elastic/elasticsearch · GitHub. This will
be part of upcoming 0.18.3, which will be released early this week.
