Process State does not display Stopped state

Hello Team,

We are using Metricbeat to check the state of services.

We get only one state - Sleeping.

When we stop the services I don't get the Stopped state nor states like Running, Idle etc

We are creating a service dependency graph and the state change is one of the important requirements.
Any help regarding this would be helpful.

We are using metricbeat-6.2.4. We tried with metricbeat6.3 also. It also does not provide "Stopped" state.

This reminds me of the issue here: https://github.com/elastic/beats/issues/2857 I'm wondering if there is an other issue in gosigar with Ubuntu 16.04.
