Why metricbeat data showing process state as sleeping

Hi All,

I have installed metricbeat 6.8.8 in ubuntu machine and I'm able to see all the system metrics. The problem that I find all processes system.process.state metric, are showing as "Sleeping",

Though process like metricbeat, elasticsearch, graylog-server, mongodb service status is showing as running but in metricbeat data the mongodb state is showing as "Sleeping"

Please let us know your thoughts it would be helpful.

Screenshots, you've posted, contain information about services, not strictly processes. Did you consider to use this metricset: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/metricbeat/current/metricbeat-metricset-system-service.html ?
