Query a field with multiple values

Hi,

How would you go about querying a field with multiple values .. .for example
field {
AB,
AB_C,
DEF
}

field: AB, AB_C, DEF

Is it possible to query "AB" without getting AB_C in the results?
query - field:"AB"
