Rally 2.0.4 released

We have just released Rally 2.0.4. This is mostly a bug fix release also adding a few enhancements:

We deprecated running Rally without a subcommand so be sure to always specify the race subcommand when you run a benchmark. Rally 2.1.0 will always require a subcommand. Please also see our migration guide.
We added a new assertions property for operations. Use --enable-assertions to enable checks and Rally will raise an error if the check fails.
The command line report now shows the mean throughput.
