RBAC in Kibana

Hello!
We 've been using ELK v7.10 and according to the documentation, we should be able to enable RBAC features.

Nevertheless, there's no Security option under Stack Management in Kibana.
Could you please assist us with that ?

The document Create a Role didn't mention anything about X-Pack being required.

Based on the above screenshot, the free (aka basic) subscription for Elastic supports RBAC via X-Pack.
Could someone confirm that ?
