As per the attached screenshot, we could see 2 indices are in red status. So we checked what is the exact error for those 2 indices, as we see error is - "Cannot allocate as the primary shards is corrupted" However, we tried to allocate manually thro running index reroute command but still we could see the index in red status.
So our last option was to re-index the current 2 bad indices as shown in screenshots. so that we can retrieve the data from db & re-index the same using elastic search.
Kindly help us to proceed on re-index process.
or Could you help us the other possible approach to proceed further.
