Is there a way to replicate a data hot node to another node to maitain high availability (HA).

The best way to achieve high availability is to set up Elasticsearch as a cluster of at least 3 nodes and make sure each index is configured with at least one replica. Elasticsearch will then automatically replicate data between the nodes.
