Roblem connecting elasticsech from a different Vlan

I have a problem, the Elasticsech server is in Vlan 5 with ips 192.168.100.5 and two servers that must report are in Vlan12 with ips 192.168.100.150 and 192.168.100.150 whenever I try to connect even if it is by telnet it gives me connection refused

The elasticserch.yml has the following configuration
// network.host = 192.168.100.26
// http.port = 9200

If I launch telnet from another server in the same Vlan it responds, but from different Vlan it rejects the connections

I have seen with tcpdump and if the requests arrive to the server.
