It would be useful in the new documentation for logstash pipelines if something was clarified. I'm not used to the whole pipeline logic. Where do I put the .conf file?! Some documentation says to put the .conf in /usr/share/logstash/pipeline/logstash.conf, some say to put it in /usr/share/logstash/conf.d/logstash.conf. The pipeline.yml says "/etc/conf.d/logstash/myconfig.cfg" as an example, but .cfg is not a .conf ending.
If I want to run just a single pipeline, do I need to change anything in the pipeline.yml? Then where should I put my .conf file?
Please help. These small things are frustrating to figure out, especially because I've been working with LS for a year now and I still cant figure something small like this out!
