Running Elasticsearch error

Hello, When I run ./bin/elasticsearch like it says in the
http://logstash.net/docs/1.4.2/tutorials/getting-started-with-logstash
tutorial I get the following error?

failed to connect to master [[Annie Ghazikhanian] [127.0.0.1:9300]],
retrying...
Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: /127.0.0.1:9300

Would you happen to know how I can fix this error? I believe I may be
accidentally connecting to someone else's cluster.

It's connecting to itself, 127.0.0.1 is a local address, it's unlikely it's
connecting to another cluster unless you already have ES installed and
r9unning on the node.

It'd help if you gist/pastebin/etc the entire log.
