I am now evaluating the app search and ingested some data into the Swiftype engine for my evaluation.

There is a feature called search relevance which could let Swiftype return some relevant results based on its model.

We found some results that we think totally irrelevant, which we cannot found any keywords match, or synonym match or result tuning.

Such items are included because they have the score 0.1. Can you know why such item got 0.1 score and that why included in the search result.
