Hello everyone. I want to ask some questions about user management in KIBANA.
Can we set a password rule such as the password must have a minimum length of 8 characters and have symbols?
Can we ban users who do not change their passwords for more than 30 days automatically?
Can we ban users who enter the wrong password 3 times?

That functionality is not something currently supported in the native realm sorry to say.

If you are using LDAP or AD you can configure them there.
