Hi,
Seeing below error after unpacking x-pack and enabling security. Also, added elasticsearch username/password in the kibana.yml file.
can someone please share more insights if I've done anything wrong? were you able to fix this facing problem?

is the x-pack plugin installed on all elasticsearch nodes and on kibana?

Yes, X-Pack is extracted and installed on all nodes.

Can you share your elasticsearch.yml and kibana.yml the exception itself looks more towards the authentication request, perhaps from the credentials.

Thanks Jymit. Issue is fixed by adding basic user name and password.

X-Pack name (not working)
xpack.monitoring.elasticsearch.username:
xpack.monitoring.elasticsearch.password:
