Selective FIltering

Hi,

I am new to Kibana and have been playing with it for a while creating visualizations and dashboards. However I am trying to understand if Kibana can be leveraged for the following usecase,

In a dashboard page if i have multiple visualization components and if i apply a filter on one of the components, it applies to the entire dashboard page. can this filter be applied to only a selective set of visualizations ?

No you cannot do currently this.

However, it is possible to combine visualizations associated with different saved searches on a single dashboards, so it is possible to statically apply different filters to different visualizations on the same dashboard.
