One of the critical feature we are looking is the "Service Map" , i enable it in Kibana and i can see all the services , but there is no connection between them. In the waterfall , i can see the transaction from 2 services , i can see some relations between RUM service and normal service. I'm using Python , both services are in python.
Is there anyway i can make it work?

Is there anything special in your setup? For example, are you using the Logstash or Kafka outputs? Are you using a load balancer in front of the APM Servers? Have you changed index pattern, generated custom templates, changed agent configuration etc.
