You have 3 products in your sentence. Azure, Okta and the Elastic Stack. From These 3 , okta is an Identity Provider and the Elastic Stack is a Service Provider. Azure (assuming that you mean Azure AD ) is also an Identity Provider. You can;t use all three of these.
