Setup small elasticsearch cluster

Hi i would like to install a small elasticsearch for monitoring 30 servers .
have few questions

  1. how many elasticsearch nodes needed [2 is fine?] if availability not an issue ?
  2. how much memory/core do we need to start with 16gb/4 cpu ?
    and to if can we have logstash and kibana in same elasticsearch cluster nodes without any additional node ?
