Show Country wise breakup in horizontal bar chart

I want to show the country-wise breakup bar chart for the data showing in the above image. One bar should show a sum of all value belongs to Singapore and so on for other countries.

Is it possible to show in such visualization from the data showing the image?

Yes, use a terms aggregation on the country field and a sum metric on the numeric values.
