Shrink action turns cluster to yellow state

Hello,

in our cluster we manage about 10K indices, all with ILM and every shrink action turns the cluster to yellow state, which is really annoying, because of our monitoring of cluster state. Is there any way to change this behaviour and keep the green state when shrinking indices?
