Sizing ELK platform

Hi,

 We are planning to deploy ELK stack to view syslog messages and SNMP traps of 8000 plus layer2 and layer3 devices.

Can someone please shed some light on the hardware sizing of VM ?

CPU ?
Memory ?
Disk ?
n/w interface(s) ?
Disk IOPS ?
