I'm migrating elasticsearch from 1.6.2 to 2.3.2. In the process I want to create a snapshot in case of errors on my end.
Kopf seems to show that I have 5 To of data, primary and replica shards altogether.
I'm not sure if the snapshot function backs them all up or just the primary shards.
Should I size my repository up to 5To or can I size it down to just my primary shards size ?
