[Solved] Elastic all shards failed after unclean shutdown

Due to an unexpected unclean shutdown, my Elastic stack was restarted as well and it did not have high availability. Now I am getting an "All shards failed" error. From what I've heard, Elastic would be able to recover after a while (e.g. maybe after a couple of hours). Does anyone have experience with this?

Edit: Elastic with ~150GB restored itself in 30 minutes.

How did this get solved?

Elastic solved itself automatically after ~30 minutes of waiting. My guess is it was processing the indices during that time.

Ahh, yes. Recovery can take some time :slight_smile:
