Some findings/questions regarding self-managed App Search

We are currently playing around with the self-managed version of Enterprise Search (7.9.1). When trying to delete an engine, it does not work and shows the following error without any further information:

This error also occurs when trying to turn off Usage data in Settings

What could be the cause of these issues? I can't seem to find anything in the logs. I checked:

  • app-server.log
  • system.log
  • worker.log
  • stats.log
