We are implementing the Nakisa Licensing application which uses ElasticSearch. The developers encountered an issue that led to the restore of the database from a time before the problem. As this is new to us I do not believe there are ElasticSearch snapshots to revert back to. I am looking for a procedure to do a full reload of the indexes.
I think you would need to chat to the software vendor that integrates into Elasticsearch to ask how to do this.
Without snapshots, that application is the only potential source of the data.
