Starting multiple instances of ES

Hi

I want to start multiple instances of ES.
I read in the discussion that clone ES into 2 different directories.
But elasticsearch.exe not running.
Any Solution to this? What are the steps I need to do for clone and make it running?
Also need to access both ES in Kibana also.
(kibana.yml i changed port number from 5601 to 5602 but its not working): how to change the default settings for kibana
