Strigo says "course has ended" after restarting subscription

Course:Elasticsearch Engineer
Version: <And which particular version?>
Question: I was working through the Elasticsearch Engineer course when my subscription expired. After procuring another subscription 4 months later, I want to reset the course (which probably means starting up a new lab environment). However, when logging into Strigo, I am hit with the error "This course has ended" and with no option other that logging out.

How can I get Strigo to recognize that my course has restarted?
