Summarize day every day

Good afternoon I am facing a situation where I am storing a large amount of information therefore the indexes and are becoming larger every day due to my low storage capacity I can not save them all therefore I am looking for a way to summarize day every day Do you know any tool or some elastic functionality that does this? thank you very much greetings
