Does anyone know what is going on? Our entire search is currently offline during our black friday sale!
I have 3 websites that are experiencing this issue, live missing out on sales and multiple customers calling in to report the same issue. How are we supposed to notify you guys of such an issue! Down for 1 hour now during black friday sales with no word from Swiftype.
Please can we get someone looking into this, or at least an update! I have emailed support with no reply.
Is there a better way to contact you when there are issues like this? Seemed like this could have been fixed a lot sooner had the proper reporting processes been put in place.
The best course of action is always to open a case with our support team. In this particular case our operations team was immediately aware of the issue and was working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We did not provide an update as quickly as we would have liked on https://status.swiftype.com/ but further details have been provided there in the meantime.
