Synchronize index with sql table

Hello,

I have a table on a database (SAP HANA), I can request it with sql without any problems.

This table can be modified at any time by drop/update or insert. Is there a way to keep the index up to date natively, without having to do "change data capture" and throw myself into a rather heavy program and perhaps without success.
