The docu says that process name is exported under the field system.process.name
But in the metricbeat index it under process.name

the process.name is a metricbeat ecs field https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/metricbeat/current/exported-fields-ecs.html#_process_2, so this was re-mapped sometime before 7.6. The documentation has not been updated so feel free to create a issue in the beats repo on updating the necessary docs.
