We've just enabled tags for topics, and we'll be adding more tags as needed in the future. Tags can only be created by users of a certain level (currently only Elastic team members).
At the moment we have;

- graph
- machine-learning
- monitoring
- security
And these are in reference to the Elastic Stack Features.
