Temp directory - how to change it to existing directory

ES display error (starts well then after some time stops because of this):

ERROR: Temporary file directory [C:\Users\SomeUser\AppData\Local\Temp\2\elasticsearch] does not exist or is not accessible

Some way to set temp directory for good to fixed path?
If so what to do and in which file?
