Threadpool.bulk.queue_size is not working in ES 5.5.1

Hi,

I am using ES 5.5.1. how I can configure threadpool.bulk.queue_size. When I added this, ES failed to start.

The prefix on all thread pool settings has been changed from threadpool to thread_pool.
