I got the same shapes when I use offset function in Timelion.
Is that my mistake or something wrong with offset function of Timelion?
I think there is some confusion about the offset parameter. This parameter shifts the time of the input series by the specified amount (in this case 2 days). So the shape will always be exactly the same, just shifted on the x-axis.
What were you trying to achieve? Maybe there is another function or parameter for that.

I suppose that the offset function will remove the data corresponding with the provided time range and re-calculate the metric, so the shape should change.
In my case, I use count metric so it might not affect the shape but when I use metric=avg it will difference, right?
