Timestamp in elastic

Hello,

I am giving Log Management Services , so I need to stamp all logs via timestamp server which is checked form the government. For that, my elasticsearch, logstash or kibana I dont know whichone need to send to timestamp server and the stamped logs back.

How can I do it ?

Logstash automatically generates a timestamp when it processes an event, it is stored in @timestamp.
