Tokenize Complete Suggester Using NEST 7

We are using the Completion Suggester for our Autocomplete functionality.

However, we would also like to tokenize the field so that we can mimic Standard Analyzer behavior in that so that we can search by any token as opposed to just a prefix.

Can anyone show us how this can be achieved.
